Real-Time Operational Performance Management

Presentation Overview

The promise of industrial digitalization has been to enable better and faster decisions, improve safety and reliability, maximize operational efficiency, improve end-to-end visibility, and ultimately maximize the profitability of an organization.

Unfortunately, while more data is being generated than ever before, the value of this data is largely untapped since it usually lives in silos and is typically used for a handful of specific purposes - if it is used at all. The full benefits promised by digitalization have been difficult to realize.

Real-Time Operations Performance Management is a collaborative and data driven approach that leverages digitization across the enterprise to deliver a centralized and contextualized view of the enterprise onto a “single pane of glass”. This unified operations center empowers planning, engineering, operations, maintenance, business decision makers, and other stakeholders to use data more effectively throughout the organization.

This presentation will discuss the benefits of Real-Time Operational Performance Management, the challenges that organizations have traditionally faced when trying to achieve those benefits, and how a “system-of-systems” approach using currently available off-the-shelf technologies is delivering results faster and more cost effectively than was previously possible.
