Important Note: Registration for AEC 2020 closed at 5pm MST on Tuesday, October 27, 2020. If you did not register to attend prior to this date, unfortunately you will not be able to join us.

To all attendees that registered to attend prior to October 27, 2020 at 5pm MST via our Conexsys platform...

You should have received several "Event Platform Access" emails with complete step-by-step instructions outlining what you need to do in order to join us on the Hopin platform. 

Additionally, most of you will have received at least one follow-up phone call from an AEC Team Member offering to walk you through this process. 

Having Trouble Accessing The Event?

Step 1 - Please refer back to the "Event Platform Access" email(s) that were sent to both the business email and personal email that you provided when you registered. Please follow the instructions exactly. Note: 

• You must use an up-to-date Chrome browser (download Chrome here). 
• Essentially what you are doing is setting up a Hopin account, you can use whatever email and password that you want for this (you can delete the account post event). 

Step 2 - If for some reason you are still having difficulty registering, please call DJ (780-442-2950), Heather (780-224-7173) or Alain (780-278-7224). They will be available between 8am MST and 9:30am MST on the day-of the event. If you reach their voicemail it is because they are busy helping someone else; please leave a message and they will call you back as soon as they can.
